The Billable Buddy is an all-in-one data analyzer and calculator, designed for professionals who track and record the billable hours they work per day.
Just input the number of billable hours your want to work in a given year. Then, The Billable Buddy will automatically calculate how many hours you need to work over that year.
Then, as you work throughout the year, input your recorded billable hours per day. The Billable Buddy performs the following calculations and analysis:
- Your average billable hours worked per day;
- Your total billable hours worked per week and per month;
- How many hours you are ahead of your target (on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis);
- How many billable hours you need to work per working day going forward to meet your goal;
- How often you work a certain range of hours;
- The standard deviation of your billable hours worked (and the corresponding Gaussian Distribution);
The Billable Buddy also allows you to track your non-billable hours, and will automatically calculate the total hours (billable + non-billable) you worked per day, week, and month.
The Billable Buddy is also capable of making and displaying yearly projections and estimates based on how you have performed during a particular week or month.
The Billable Buddy also lets you customize the holidays depending on your particular jurisdiction.
