Regular price $50.00

Unlike some other countries such as the United States, regulation of criminal activity is the sole jurisdiction of the federal Parliament of Canada under section 91(27) of the Constitution Act, 1867. The Criminal Code, RSC 1985, c C-46 codifies most major crimes that can be committed in Canada from theft to murder.
