The Alberta Rules of Court, Alta Reg 124/2010, govern how parties accessing the civil justice system in Alberta must go about conducting themselves, by setting rules for procedure and practice. These rules apply regardless as to whether the party is a self-represented litigant, or if represented by a lawyer.
